How do I activate my SIM2M SIM card?

You can activate your SIM card by logging into the SIM2M Manager platform. Select the option 'Activate SIM card' on the dashboard. Fill in the requested details and click 'Activate'.

Is SIM2M suitable for applications outside the security sector?

Yes. Our SIM cards are already used in track & trace systems, elevator systems, payment terminals, charging stations...

Which SIM2M card should I choose for my project?

What is PAY-AS-USE?

The SIM2M PAY-AS-USE rate is a unique formula where you set your maximum consumption but only pay for your actual consumption. This allows you to optimise your profit. The SIM PAY-AS-USE card is suitable for router, camera surveillance and track-and-trace applications. PAY-AS-USE SIM cards are invoiced monthly. The first month you pay for the maximum consumption you have set. From the second month on, you only pay the consumption you actually use with a minimum of 1GB of data.

What is FLAT-FEE?

No unexpected costs with our SIM2M FLAT-FEE data packages! You pay a fixed price per month. There are no extra costs when your data consumption is exceeded, on the condition that your bundle is used for the intended applications such as IoT, alarm or fire systems.

In case you do consume more than the provided data package, we will inform you and look for the most suitable SIM2M upgrade for your project. Unique at SIM2M is that the FLAT-FEE rate applies for DATA, SMS and VOICE. FLAT-FEE cards are invoiced once a year.

What do I do when my SIM card is blocked?

Our FLAT-FEE SIM cards will not be blocked if they are used for the intended applications such as IoT, alarm systems or fire systems. If you notice that your SIM card is blocked, please contact our support department at info@sim2m.eu

PAY-AS-USE SIM cards will be blocked from the moment your maximum consumption limit is exceeded. In this case, you have two options. Either you increase your maximum consumption, which will reactivate the SIM card. Or you leave the SIM card blocked and wait until the new invoicing period to use your data again.

PAY-AS-USE SIM cards will be blocked from the moment your maximum consumption limit is exceeded. In this case, you have two options. Either you increase your maximum consumption, which will reactivate the SIM card. Or you leave the SIM card blocked and wait until the new invoicing period to use your data again.
